Using the CNC router, individual pieces of the interlocking frame structure were cut, making for a more efficient and precise fabrication. First, these pieces were fully assembled in order to create two curved wooden frames; subsequently, each frame was mounted to the studio pinup stands. Finally, final touches like LED lighting and double-sided tape were added. The structure was designed to have minimal connections to the pinup stands, allowing for the stands to be re-used once the project is over.
