Vertebrae - Full Scale Production

Once the chair design reached its final iteration, the fabrication process was started. The components were properly modelled before the CNC began, resulting in less time and material wasted through experimentation. The plywood pieces for the chair were cut to its designated measurements using the CNC machine. After the pieces were cut, the fabrication team collaboratively routed, sanded, and stained each the wooden pieces of the chair.
