Nuit Blanche 2014 Hints

The [R]ed[U]x Lab Team is extremely humbled and excited to have been selected to once again display their work at the Bata Shoe Museum during the 2014 Nuit Blanche in Toronto. Two [R]ed[U]x Lab projects, Sine and Stomata, will be displaying some interesting and innovative projects that showcase the design innovation and digital fabrication acumen the Ryerson Architectural Science students have. These two groups have big shoes to fill as they continue the legacy of success in drawing attention to the Bata Shoe Museum this year.

From an interactive acoustic environment to a fragile immersive synthetic ecosystem, this year's [R]ed[U]x Lab projects look to be an exciting addition to the complement of distinguished artists in this upcoming Nuit Blanche 2014. Here are a few hints of the prototyping underway on the Stomata project courtesy of Tiff. These are not quite at the level of Remi-quality but these impromptu images reveal the tessellation and connection experiments the team has begun.
